How to Dehydrate Peaches

Peahces can be dehydrate with the skins on or off. If you are planning to leave the skin on the peaches be sure to thoroughly wash peaches to remove any pesticides.

To remove the skin dip the peaches in boiling water for one minute then dipg in cool water.
The skins should easily come off with little effort.

Alternatively, you can skip the hot cold dip and cut away the skin with a sharp knife.

Cut the peaches in half
Remove the pit and then cut the halves into 1/8” slices.

There is no absolute right or wrong way to slice and dice your fruit.
Peel and slice one peach at a time to minimize browning.

Dehydrate at 135° until pliable (20 – 36 hours).
